Lunch & Learn: Understanding the World of Gen Z and Gen Alpha

Today’s students are growing up in a world that feels louder, faster, and more complex than ever. Constant connectivity, rising anxiety, and shifting cultural norms are shaping how Gen Z and Gen Alpha see themselves, their relationships, and their faith. On February 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the CCL Network invites pastors, student ministers, and church leaders to a Lunch & Learn at the CCL Center in Florence, KY, centered on “Understanding the World of Gen Z and Gen Alpha.” It’s a chance to slow down, eat together, and get clearer on what’s really going on in the lives of today’s students.

You’ll hear from a panel of exceptional leaders who work closely with students every day:

Kristen is passionate about helping with adolescents who are working through the many changes of life and to help improve relationships between parents and teens. She creates spaces where everyone can be heard and respected.

Reed is the Pastor of Students and Young Adults at Granger Community Church in Granger, Indiana. One of his deepest passions is creating spaces for young leaders to develop and to create outposts for the kingdom of heaven through young disciple-makers.


Mo.png      Moyo Mike-Adeogun

Mo is a Student Ministry Leader at First Church of Christ, helping middle and high school students grow in a meaningful relationship with Jesus. She is passionate about creating engaging, relational environments where students feel known, seen, and loved.


This panel will share honest insights, practical wisdom, and real-world ideas you can put into practice, whether you’re leading middle schoolers, high schoolers, or young adults.

 The event is free and includes lunch. Pull up a chair and join us for a practical, strategic conversation about leading and caring for students in today’s world.
